NOTE. -- Single asterisks next to source names indicate 5 arcsec <= delta(r) <=
   10 arcsec offsets between our coordinates
   the previous authors' published coordinates; double asterisks indicate 10 arc
   sec <= delta(r) <= 15 arcsec offsets.

 a Examination of the POSS plates, object colors, and magnitudes leads to this
     identification, despite the positional disagreement.
 b Despite the approx. 1.5 arcsec positional discrepancy, this identification is
     made on the basis of good agreement of object colors and magnitudes.
 c GSS 37's published position is 62 arcsec offset from BKLT 162642-242031.
 d BBRCG 6 and BBRCG 7 form a binary system unresolved by our survey.
 e BBRCG 8 and BBRCG 10 form a binary system unresolved by our survey.
