1 & SDSS flux calibration star: these are candidate F stars selected on the basis of SDSS photometry that are used to flux calibrate the spectra. 2 & IRAC 8µm galaxy: all galaxies with [8.0][3.6](6.0'')≤13.2mag and R≤20mag. 4 & IRAC 5.8µm galaxy: all galaxies with [5.8][3.6](6.0'')≤14.7mag and R≤20mag. 8 & IRAC 4.5µm galaxy: all galaxies with [4.5][3.6](6.0'')≤15.2mag and R≤20mag. 16 & IRAC 3.6µm galaxy: all galaxies with [3.6][3.6](6.0'')≤15.2mag and R≤20mag. 32 & MIPS 24µm: galaxies or point sources with F24≥1mJy and optical flux limits of R≤20 for galaxies / R≤21.5 for stellar targets and Rap1<23.5 for both. 64 & Blue galaxy: all galaxies with BW<20.5mag, bgood=1 and R≤20mag. 128 & Compact FIRST source: FIRST radio sources with deconvolved axes smaller than 1.0'' whose positions were within 3.0'' of an R≤21.5 and Rap1≤23.5 optical source. 256 & Bright X-ray QSO candidate: sources (extended or stellar) from the XBootes catalog with 4 or more X-ray counts that were matched to the R≤21.5 optical catalog and also have Rap1<23.5. 512 & Main faint R-band galaxy sample: randomly selected 20% (rcode≤3) of galaxies with 19.2mag<R≤20mag. 1024 & Faint R-band galaxie: all galaxies with 19.2mag<R≤20 mag. 2048 & Main bright R-band galaxy sample: all galaxies with R≤19.2 mag. 4096 & Fainter X-ray source: these are fainter (2 or 3 count) sources from the XBootes survey. Otherwise the criteria were the same as for the main X-ray sample. 8192 & Fainter MIPS point source: point sources with 0.5≤F24≤1.0mJy that otherwise satisfied the point source criteria for the main MIPS sample. Galaxies were not included here. 16384 & IRAC brown dwarf candidate: these targets were supplied by M. Ashby as an experiment, and were all found to be star forming galaxies. |
