The Serpens constellation
- Gould numbered the two halves of the Serpens constellation separately.
Therefore the 2 entries 20G Ser
(Simbad) should be named
20G Ser-Cap (Serpens Caput, is ψ Ser) and
20G Ser-Cau (Serpens Cauda).
(communicated by richardontheweb, 2012-05-08; fixed)
- all designations related to the Serpens constellation are
distinguished as SerCap (Serpens Caput [snake's head])
or SerCau (Serpens Caput [snake's tail])
